BLOOD DRIVE DONATION SURVEY

It is possible our church will do a blood drive in May. But before we commit to this we need 20 or more people willing to donate blood. There is a Donation Interest Survey on the table outside the sanctuary. Please sign your name and phone number or e-mail address.
